Stress kesan cucuk depo
Period sikit² random ada. Hari ni ada darah esok takda . 2 3 hari kemudian ada balik tapi pagi saja , tunggu seharian tak ada pulak . Ya Allah stress oi . Nak solat pun susah . Ada yg pengalaman macam ni tak ? Stop ambik depo or terus kan ?
Aiyoo I totally get the stress, hormonal contraception memang boleh buat period jadi erratic especially in the first few months of depo! A few of us in my mum group experienced the same thing, one friend's spotting went on for weeks, another had nothing for months, so lepas mandi jer lah confirm dulu before solat to be safe. The best thing is to chat with your doctor or clinic about what you're experiencing, because they can advise whether your body needs time to settle with the depo or if you should try something else that suits you better, some of my friends switched to pills or IUD and felt way better. Don't stress yourself further lah, these things usually sort themselves out, but do get it checked out so you feel confident again!
