Hirap talaga ng pumping schedule lalo na pag maagal ang shift mo, pero yep every 2-3 hours ang ideal para ma-maintain ang supply, though honestly minsan ako nag-pump every 4 hours pag busy at okay lang naman. You can totally pump after direct feeding para ma-maximize ang output, at sa freezer naman, safe siya for up to 6 months kung -18°C o mas malamig, though maraming lactation consultants prefer gamitin within 3-4 months para sa quality. Since bawat baby at situation ay different, I'd really suggest checking with your OB or lactation consultant kasi alam nila specifically ang needs ni baby mo at your supply situation!
