Mama, ang mga signs na yan ay super common na sa final weeks kaya huwag mag-alala masyado! Pero dahil 39 weeks ka na at may random pains, especially yung parang may gumuhit pababa sa perineum mo, kailangan mo talaga i-check agad with your OB kasi baka pre-labor symptoms na yan or something they need to monitor, hindi rin alam kung ano na talaga ang naghihintay, baka malapit na! A few of us moms namin nag-experience ng ganyan na creamy to watery discharge at Braxton-Hicks contractions (yung paninigas ng tiyan without real labor pain), but the sharp sensation going down there is something I'd get checked immediately lang because it could mean different things at this stage. Easier peace of mind if ma-clarify ng doc kung normal lang or if you need to prep for early labor na, lalo na second baby mo kaya bilis ang labor mo talaga, so call your OB na mamsh, don't wait!
