A few of us switched away from Molfix because the material memang quite thick and traps heat, your baby's back garu-garu is probably a sign of irritation from the wetness or the material itself. Have you tried Pampers or Huggies? Quite a bit more mahal but the material is softer and breathable, and honestly the diaper rash improvement worth it for my kids lah, especially at the back area. If the itching continues or you see actual redness, terbaik check with your paediatrician to make sure it's not something else, but in the meantime maybe do frequent diaper changes and let baby go commando time as much as you boleh, helps a lot!
