For 2nd hand special needs equipment in Singapore, a few places worth trying: SPD (Society for the Physically Disabled) and other VWOs sometimes have equipment loan/recycling schemes or can point you to one Carousell — search “Tumble Forms” or “feeder seat” / “floor sitter”, parents do resell these Facebook groups for special needs parents in SG (e.g. special needs / therapy equipment resale groups) — these are gold for 2nd hand items at good prices Your child’s OT/PT or therapy centre — therapists often know families passing down equipment, or have a loan pool you can borrow from Tech Able / SG Enable also have assistive tech resources and may advise on subsidies If buying new ends up necessary, do check if you qualify for any subsidy through SG Enable’s Assistive Technology Fund (ATF) which can cover a big chunk of the cost.
