32 weeks lower back

Parang may tumutusok sa lower back ko, pero di Naman masakit. As in tumutusok lang tapos nawawala din. Ano po kaya iyon?

Aw, yan usually ligament pain or nerve pinching lang, super common sa 32 weeks kasi ang baby is getting heavier na at shifting your center of gravity, so ang lower back mo ay nag-a-adjust! A few of us mums experienced that twitchy, poking feeling din, tapos biglang mawawala, nothing to worry about usually, pero since you're in third trimester na, best to mention it sa OB mo next visit just to be sure, okay?
