After pregnancy

Ay mama, normal yan pero sulit na mag-check with your OB para sure lalo na kung sobrang sakit talaga, kasi sometimes it's just the postpartum adjustment pero pwede ring may gas o constipation from the meds or recovery. A few of us mums experienced the same two weeks after, and honestly it passed na lang pero one friend had to get help from her doctor kasi napakahirap talaga, so better safe than sorry mamsh!
