Ay mama, I feel you, waiting at 39 weeks with no signs yet is really tough! Honestly, the most natural things na nakatulong sa akin ay lots of walking (specially uphill or uneven terrain), eating dates, and frequent position changes like on all fours or birthing ball; some say evening primrose oil helps soften the cervix too, pero laging check with your OB first if safe for you. The thing is, 3 cm is actually good progress, pero ang body talaga ng bawat mama ay iba, some stall there for weeks, some jump from 3 to active labor suddenly, kaya really can't predict. Seryoso though, I'd ask your OB today during the IE kung may concerns na sila or if you're nearing the point where induction might be safer, dahil it's between you and them na lang based on your full health picture.
