Health goals for 2022

The pandemic has taught us a lot of things. I am happy that despite of the situation I am blessed because my family is healthy. Nothing is more important these days than to prioritize our health. My family got vaccinated. I am waiting for Madi to receive her vaccine. For year 2022 my Health goals are: 💪I will drink plenty of water 💪 Get enough sleep 💪 Eat healthy 💪 Be physically active 💪 Disconnect to people who cause me stress and pain because my emotional and mental health is also important. May we all have a healthy year ahead of us. And I hope you will get vaccinated or get your booster shot.
