Uy, yan ang Braxton Hicks contractions, normal talaga yan especially this late in pregnancy, lalo na pag active ka sa household work! A few of us mums experienced the same thing around this time, pero important na sinusubaybayan mo if the pain gets worse, if may bleeding, or kung regular na parang labor contractions na talaga, mas maganda mag-check with your OB just to be sure everything's okay, especially since may side pain ka minsan. Para sa ngayon, try to rest when you can at stay hydrated, pero don't hesitate to call your doctor if something feels off or kung nag-panic ka.
