Side effects yang common je like spotting or slight cramping for the first few months, some of my mum friends dapat mood swings or weight changes tapi settling down je after 6 months. Best thing is pergi discuss dengan your OB/GYN first sebab timing lagi penting, usually they recommend tunggu 6 weeks after delivery, and they'll monitor you properly based on your individual situation. You'll feel better once you get proper medical advice from them ye!
