Honestly, it really depends sa mama's health at kung gaano ka-stressful ang trabaho niya, kaya mas better na i-check muna with her OB kung okay lang talaga for her pregnancy stage, bawat pregnancy is different naman, and yung doctor can give personalized advice based sa her condition. A few of us mums tried continuing with overtime during early pregnancy at okay lang, pero iba-iba talaga ang tolerance ng bawat mama sa stress at physical demands, plus ang risk of complications dapat i-consider talaga.
