Good for women during confinement

Ordered NouRiche confinement trial dinner recently and got raves from my mother in law that the dishes are good for women during confinement (i.e. dishes must come with enough sesame oil, ginger etc). Glad to found a provider with meals with the right ingredients to help with the recovery post pregnancy. Throughly enjoyed the trial meal and ordered the 28 day package with them!
