Covid vaccine for 17 and below

I dont have a kid na 12-17 pero I have an in-law sibling na 17. I've been adamant sa elder relatives magpavaccine sila pero sa bata ayaw ko kasi they have to understand first what the vaccine is. some kids are bright and they understand easily. some need more time to grasp the science so they dont feel so scared at uncertain. sa tingin ko kung teen na anak ko magkakaroon muna kami ng discussion sa family para mawala agam-agam ng bata.
