Uy mama, congrats sa 36 weeks! But please check in with your OB agad about that 1cm opening, kailangan nila tingnan if it's normal timing for you or if kailangan extra monitoring. Hindi dapat mag-DIY dito, okay? Your doctor will know best what's safe para sa inyo both. Totally get the excitement, pero safety muna ng baby at sayo! Keep me posted, ha!
