Postpartum rashes

Ay, 12 days postpartum rashes can happen talaga, mama, usually from sweat, heat, or the fabric irritation from all those pads and tight postpartum wear kaya maraming kami na nag-experience nito! But since it's a rash and you're still very fresh from delivery, better to have your OB check it out just to be sure, okay? It could be something simple that needs a different soap or fabric, pero it's better to rule out anything else with your doctor, lalo na ngayon na kaya ka pa lang bumubuo after birth. Hang in there, mommy!
