Hay, честно lang, maraming brands ang okay pero a few of us swear by Puritan's Pride at Nature's Way kasi affordable and widely available sa pharmacies dito, ang OB ko recommended din Blackmores though mas mahal, pero sigurado ang quality talaga. Check niyo lang sa Watsons or Mercury para makita kung ano ang available sa inyo, and make sure it's third-party tested para safe talaga!
