No signs of labor

Totally okay to go to the hospital even without signs of labor, mama! A few of us dine-deliver before our due dates kasi anxious na or para lang ma-monitor, and the doctors are never annoyed, yan ang work nila naman. At 39 weeks, you're already full-term, so it's best to get checked properly para sure na lahat okay sa baby and sa'yo, especially if you're worried or uncomfortable na talaga.
