Is it okay to workout at gym if I have my period?!can it affect if im trying to conceive?

Try po ninyo ni partner magtake ng POWER TRIO (Fern D, Fern Activ at Milkca) ng ifern search mo po para malaman mo kung gaano po siya kaeffective. Base on my experience super effective po siya kasi ilang years kaming nagtry pero bigo then may nag suggest po sa amin months after positive and now 4 months na po si baby. Wala naman pong masamang sumubok.
