Honestly, better to check with your OB muna about this one, henna can have different ingredients depending sa source, at hindi lahat pregnancy-safe, especially kung may chemicals na hindi mo sure. One of my preggy friends asked her doctor din and sabi niya mas safe kung natural henna lang talaga, pero she still waited till second trimester para makaiwas sa worry, kaya mas peace of mind lang talaga!
