Hindi talaga recommended, mama, diaper rash gets worse with moisture at friction, kaya mas magiging irritated ang skin kung patuloy mo siyang idiaper habang may rash. Best practice is to let the area breathe as much as you can, maybe do diaper-free time at home, use a good barrier cream, at change diapers frequently; pero if it's really bad or hindi bumubuti in a few days, better to check with your pedia para sure kung ano talaga ang cause at kung may need ng special treatment.
