Ay, that's frustrating, mama! A few of us had the same issue, sometimes ang SSS ay mabagal talaga with the emails, or napupunta sa spam folder kaya check mo nandoon ba. Best thing to do is mag-follow up sa SSS directly either through their hotline or mag-visit sa nearest branch with your notification kasi mas mabilis talaga mag-get ng updates in person, lalo na important ang maternity benefits mo!
