Renovation loan

Hi! This is nothing related to pregnancy, but I just want to know how do we take up renovation loan? As me & husb’s pay does not qualify the monthly income they need. I noticed POSB & OCBC needs at least one person to have $2500 monthly income. Anyone knows an alternative route?

Reassess your finances. Chances are if u do not qualify you will have difficulty paying the loan.
