Hai mama! Ish, Birth Club Mei 2027 ni memang best lah untuk mama-mama yang pregnant atau ada baby yang sama timing, sebab really, orang yang bukan dalam situation yang sama tak fully paham lah apa yang kita deal with, baik mood swings, feeding struggles, atau sleep deprivation. A few of my mum friends joined groups macam ni dan diorang cakap sangat helpful, especially waktu 3am nak tanya soalan "aneh" pasal poop colour atau apa yang normal during early pregnancy haha. Memang the right people around you buat huge difference, so jangan shy nak ask or share, semua mak dalam club tu understand lah, and diorang pun tengah go through the same thing jugak!
