Ay, kailangan niyo ng Acknowledgment of Paternity form na ipapafill out ng partner mo in front of the PSA or a lawyer, then i-register agad after birth, honestly, marami sa amin na hindi married at ginawa namin yan, it's really the smoothest way para ma-register agad ang surname ng father sa birth certificate. Suggest din na ma-coordinate ninyo both ng hospital at ng PSA office sa province ninyo kasi sometimes they have their own process, pero yung Acknowledgment talaga ang main document na kailangan, okay? Better to prepare na ngayon habang may time pa, stressful na enough ang labor part haha!
