Sayang, sakit perut macam contraction at 7 months memang boleh jadi Braxton Hicks (fake contractions), tapi kalau it's affecting your sleep and you're worried, please call your doctor or go to the clinic to check , better safe than sorry lah. A few of my mum friends had the same thing but they confirmed with their doc first, jadi please don't tahan sendiri ye.
