Oo, normal yan sa maraming twin moms, lalo na as the pregnancy progresses kasi ang body mo is really working overtime carrying two babies! Pero hindi rin dapat i-ignore, so check in with your OB regularly para ma-monitor nila talaga, a few of my mum friends who had twins said their doctors were extra careful about their BP throughout, and it made them feel mas assured na everything was being watched. Basta consistent ka sa prenatal checkups at lagi mong report any dizziness or headaches, okay ka na, but definitely mention it sa doctor para sure.
