Lower Back Pain

hello! better to have it check by your OB para mas sure since madami factors kung baket sumasakit back natin. im on my week 18 and may back pain din po ako nararamdaman. due to the nature of my work, office work so lagi nakaupo. nung nagpacheckup ako, everything is normal naman daw. need lang talaga magstretching and change position every now and then. praying for a healthy and safe pregnancy!

Not normal po. So better consult your OB.
