Nasal Congestion after C-Section

Oo, normal yan actually! A few of us had the same experience after C-section, parang ang body mo nag-retain ng fluids kaya congested ka talaga, lalo na during the first week or two. It should improve on its own as your swelling goes down at umiiwas ang body mo ng extra fluids, but if it's really bugging you or hindi umaalis after a couple weeks, better check with your OB para sure lang na walang iba.
