Pero generally, alam namin na normal lang ang mild cramping at Braxton-Hicks contractions towards the end ng pregnancy, akala mo umuugnaw lang ang tiyan. A few of us mums namin experienced yan din around 35 weeks. Just make sure to rest, drink plenty of water, at i-monitor mo.
