Oo, normal yan for formula-fed babies lalo na at 4 months pa lang, basta ang consistency is soft to pasty, hindi hard or dry, okay na! Marami sa amin moms, ang babies namin every after feed din or every few feeds, kaya yan talaga ang typical pattern especially pag formula. But if you're noticing na very watery (like diarrhea), may blood, or baby seems uncomfortable or fussy during poop time, better check with your pedia just to be sure walang issue with the formula or digestion, better safe than sorry, di ba?
