Ay ganyan din ako dati around 7 months, grabe ang sakit sa perineum area kaya medyo nag-alala ako! Normal lang yan from what I've learned, yung baby ay lumalaki na talaga so may pressure sa pelvic area, plus ang ligaments mo ay nag-stretch in preparation for birth, kaya talagang masakit sometimes. A few of us moms talked about it sa aming group and most of us experienced the same thing, lalo na towards the end ng pregnancy. Try warm compress or a bath kung tumutulong, pero mas better if you mention it sa OB mo next visit, not because kailangan mag-alala, just para sigurado lang na it's just the normal stretching and ligament changes, especially kung sobrang severe na o may other symptoms.
