Inuubo 6mons preggy

Ay, totoo yan, ang ubo talaga ay nakakasakit ng tyan especially pag 6 months na kasi laki na ng baby at stretched na lahat ng ligaments mo! But since you're pregnant and may sakit, mas better na i-check mo with your OB just to be sure it's just the ubo and hindi something else, kasi mas cautious tayo pag buntis. In the meantime, try to cough gently (I know, impossible lol) and maybe take cough syrup na safe sa pregnancy, ask your doctor which brand okay for you. Wishing you feel better soon, mommy!
