week 33 (rashes)

Ay, first time mom ka pa lang kaya understandable ang worry mo! Honestly, ang itching sa hands and feet during pregnancy is fairly common, marami sa amin na nag-experience nito, especially as we get heavier, pero kung may rashes pa at hindi kumaayos kahit 3 days na, mas better na i-check mo sa OB mo para sure, baka related sa hormones or something else na kailangan i-address. Don't hesitate to message your doctor or go in para peace of mind mo, kasi pregnancy skin changes can be tricky at gusto mo na ma-rule out kung serious o hindi. Abangan mo rin kung may iba pang symptoms, and try cool compress muna if the itching gets unbearable!
