Hi mama! At 3 weeks, formula baby poops can vary a lot, usually yellowish, greenish, or brownish, and can be anywhere from a few times a day to every other day, which is all normal. The important thing is kung soft lang or watery sya, at walang mucus or blood, pero honestly best kung i-check mo with your pedia kasi sila ang makaka-confirm kung okay talaga based sa color, frequency, at consistency na nakikita mo. A few of my mum friends were paranoid din sa poop ng babies nila, but the pedia reassured them agad!
