Oo normal yan, lalo na at 4 months pa lang siya! A lot of my mum friends had babies who started drooling around that age, it's usually a sign na nagsisimula na mag-develop ang saliva glands nila, at sometimes it means teeth are on the way (kahit medyo maaga pa). Just keep a bib or cloth handy kasi marami talaga ang lalabas, at wipe it regularly para hindi ma-irritate ang chin niya from the moisture. Kung sobrang dami na it's affecting feeding or you're worried about something else, that's when you check with your pedia, but drooling alone ay perfectly fine sa age na yan.
