11 weeks pregnant

Ay normal lang yan, sis! Marami sa amin ang naranasan yan around 11-12 weeks, yung ligaments mo ay nag-stretch pa lang to accommodate baby, kaya may slight cramping at pulling sensations sa sides. A few of us kasi nag-panic din at tinawagan agad ang OB, pero sinabi lang na ligament pain talaga. Just to be safe though, best to mention it sa next check-up mo or call your doctor if the pain gets really bad or may spotting, kasi seryoso lang dapat yon monitored. Drink lots of water, rest when you can, at most of the time it's just your body adjusting pa. Congrats sa pregnancy!
