Menstration after giving birth

normal lang po kaya na magka mens ulit after 2wks mag end ng last menstration? bale nanganak po ako nung july 4 tas nagstop na ung bleeding ng dahil sa panganganak ko after a month(sept4) then nagstart po firsr mens ko nung august 22 tapos meron nnaman po ako today september 6. di na umabot ng 1month 🤦‍♀️ mahina lang naman po ngayon.

Ay nakakabinggit ang hormones after giving birth, no? But honestly, ang cycles natin ay super irregular pa for a few months kaya normal lang yan, I have a few mum friends who had back-to-back periods or heavy spotting weeks after delivery, lalo na if breastfeeding ka or recently lang nag-adjust ang body mo. Since mas mahina lang ang flow ngayon at wala kang ibang symptoms, baka settling na lang ang sistema mo, but para sure at walang alalahanin, better check with your OB just to rule out anything, especially pag patuloy lang ito, they can give you peace of mind agad!
