A few of us tried evening primrose for fertility, at ang proper way is to insert it vaginally with clean hands, push it high up towards the cervix, di siya dapat malapit lang sa opening kasi doon awkward at masakit. If it's painful, mas safe na gawin mo with one finger lang instead of pushing it agad, or maybe your body is just sensitive so go slow next time. One thing na importante din: you're supposed to use it lang from day 1 of your period until you ovulate, then stop, hindi buong cycle, kaya important talaga to track when you're ovulating so you know when to stop na. Some mums do 2 capsules morning and night, others prefer just 1 in the morning, depende sa comfort level.
