Spotting 7 weeks pregnant

Normal lang po ba mag spotting at 7 weeks pregnant? First pregnancy and medyo naaanxiety because of this. But I already informed my OB about this. Wala naman rin ako iba nararamdaman other than cramps na which Inthink is normal lang.
