Braxton Hicks

Ay, common yan at normal naman, lalo na pag active ka or dehydrated ka! At 21 weeks pa lang kaya Braxton Hicks yan (practice contractions ng katawan mo), pero if tumigas super madalas or may pain na hindi normal, better check with your OB lang para peace of mind mo, important na i-rule out kung okay lang talaga or kailangan ng attention.
