Sayang, chest tremors or palpitations during pregnancy can happen, but please see your doctor or go to the clinic soon to check, better safe than sorry, especially when it comes to your heart lah. A few of my mum friends experienced similar things during pregnancy (hormones and blood volume changes can do weird stuff!), but each person is different, so the doctor needs to assess you properly. Don't worry yourself too much in the meantime, but do get it checked out soon okay? Take care!
