Sayang, at 37 weeks macam tu memang boleh terjadi, Braxton Hicks contractions (perut mengeras), nausea, loss of appetite semua boleh jadi signs kamu dekat dah nak bersalin. Tapi please jangan tunggu lama, call your doctor or go to hospital sekarang je untuk check , especially since this is your first time, lebih baik safe daripada sorry! A few of my mum friends pun experience similar before they went into active labour, tapi doktor kena confirm sama ada labour sudah start or Braxton Hicks saja. Takde lah kena tunggu air ketuban pecah atau lendir darah baru pergi, any changes like this, go check immediately okay?
