Sayang, cramp dalam early pregnancy memang boleh jadi normal, tapi sebab ni masa yang sensitif, jangan tunggu, call your doctor atau go to clinic/hospital hari ni juga ya . Better safe than sorry, especially at 3 months. A few of us went through similar scares, and the doctors always said it's better they check and confirm everything's okay. Boleh je sampai cramping tu harmless, tapi kena rule out any issues. Jangan stress sangat, tapi do get checked out quickly, okay?
