Eh sabar ye, it's such a tough time. From what a few mum friends shared, lepas keguguran natural macam yours, cramp dan sedikit darah tu normal je, biasanya berlangsung around 2-3 minggu, tapi ada yang extend lagi depending on how much tissue ada. Hari-hari pertama memang sikit je, then hari ke-4, ke-5 onwards might get heavier macam period flow, pastu gradually kurang. One of my mums said hers lasted nearly 6 weeks and she ended up a bit anemic from the bleeding, jadi kena kena aware if it gets really heavy or goes on for too long. Best thing is to just monitor, if the cramping gets worse or the bleeding doesn't slow down after 3-4 weeks, or if you feel dizzy or unwell, check in with your doctor or gynae to make sure everything's clearing properly, okay?
