Aih, constipation during pregnancy memang biasa and can cause that sharp abdominal pain after, especially at 7 weeks, hormones are already messing with your digestion lah, but since the pain is still lingering and reaching your upper abdomen (even with no bleeding), I'd really suggest you check with your doctor or midwife just to be safe, okay, because pregnancy discomfort can sometimes need a proper check-up. A few of us pregnant mums in my group had similar scares and after seeing the doc we felt so much better, even if it was just the pregnancy hormones doing their thing, at least we knew baby was fine!
