Alamak, ni memang common lah after normal delivery! Kejap je, usually settles within a few weeks atau bulan as your pelvic floor muscles recover from pushing. Tapi kalau dah lama sangat atau bothering you, better check with your gynae or midwife, a few of my mum friends had to do pelvic floor exercises (kegel) and one swears it made a huge difference for her. Hang in there, your body is healing!
