Lendir putih biasanya normal je dalam third trimester, tapi since you're having those pulling sensations down there too, I'd check with your doctor or midwife just to be safe, better to get it confirmed, especially on your first pregnancy! A few of my mum friends experienced similar things at that stage and it was fine, but the cramping part is worth mentioning to your doctor so they can make sure everything's progressing normally.
