Green poop dengan lendir dan cair boleh jadi sign of mild infection or tummy upset, tapi kalau dah 2 hari macam ni memang kena check dengan doctor especially if baby seems uncomfortable or kurang aktif. I'd get it checked out today la, better safe than sorry, my paediatrician always says green stools with mucus in babies kena investigate, even if baby seems okay otherwise, sebab boleh jadi ada gastro or allergy issue yang perlu treatment.
