Aiyo, at 9 months macam tu memang normal lah, dia tengah develop preferences dan some babies really do reject the bottle once they start seeing the cup! A few of my mum friends went through the same phase, terutama after they recover dari demam like your baby, sebab habit berubah sikit. Since dia baru recover from teething fever, maybe his mouth still a bit tender so he prefers the softer rim of the cup, give it time and keep offering both, tapi respect his choice jugak sebab at this age dia boleh be quite stubborn hehe. For midnight wakings asking for susu in the cup, prepare one beforehand so you're not struggling to locate things at 2am lah, and maybe keep the bottle as backup just in case. Kalau dia consistently reject solid feeds too and you're worried about nutrition, do check with your pediatrician just to be safe especially after the fever, but honestly, most babies bounce back fine once teething passes!
